We twitter, facebook, blog, chatter, and network to get and stay connected. We have become accustomed to the feeling that we have to do more, eat more, buy more, BE more just to keep up. Yet in our desire to find a connection to all of the stimuli around us, have we lost the most important connection: the connection to ourselves?
